Overview

These terms apply to DNS services provided by GetOn for domains you manage with us.

DNS Service

  • We provide authoritative DNS hosting and record management where enabled for your domain.
  • Propagation and caching are influenced by TTL settings and third-party resolvers.

Availability

We aim to provide commercially reasonable availability. Maintenance windows, upstream issues, or DDoS events may impact service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure record configurations are correct for your applications.
  • Maintain account security and restrict administrative access.
  • Do not use DNS for illegal activity or abuse.

Limitations

We may rate-limit changes, restrict unsafe record types, or suspend DNS in response to abuse, security incidents, or policy requirements.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
