SSL Certificate Service Agreement
Certificate ordering, validation, issuance, and revocation
Overview
SSL certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities (CAs). This agreement governs GetOn’s role in facilitating orders and management.
Validation & Accuracy
- You must provide accurate information for domain and organization validation (as applicable).
- You must complete the CA’s validation steps in time; otherwise the order may fail.
Issuance
Issuance is at the CA’s discretion based on its policies. Certificate availability and timelines vary by product and validation type.
Revocation
CAs may revoke certificates for mis-issuance, compromised keys, policy violations, or required security actions. You must promptly rotate keys and update deployments.
Fees & Refunds
Fees may be non-refundable once validation/issuance begins, except where required by law or CA policy.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and CA terms may also apply.
